Short and complete: Späti Tycoon collects no personal data. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no connection to any server of ours. It works in airplane mode exactly as it does online.

Accordingly, the App Store privacy section lists no data types at all, and the
app's privacy manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) declares no collected
data types.
The one-time full version purchase is handled entirely by Apple. Payment, receipt and restore run through your Apple Account; we receive no payment data, no name and no address. What Apple processes is described in Apple's own privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy.
The app only asks Apple whether this purchase exists for the signed-in account and whether the receipt is valid. That exchange happens between your device and Apple.
The app is aimed at a general audience and collects data from nobody, children included.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since the app produces no personal data on our side, there is normally nothing we could give you access to. Ask anyway if you are unsure — the address is above.
If something changes in the app that is described here, we change this page and update the date at the top.
